1. Company Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to INNOEX Holding Ltd ("INNOEX", "we", "us"), a privately held company registered in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), Kazakhstan, under registration number 200740900162. Registered address: Esil District, 5/20 Manglik El Avenue, Offices 251–252, Astana 01000, Kazakhstan.

2. Scope of These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any initial engagement with INNOEX. They do not constitute a contract for services. Any formal engagement will be governed by a separate written Services Agreement.

3. Nature of Services

INNOEX provides consulting, project coordination, expert sourcing, training and implementation support in CBRN security, nuclear safety, biosafety, water security, seismology, geophysics, environmental safety, ESG strategy and sustainable development. INNOEX does not replace national regulatory bodies or licensed nuclear operators.

4. Expert Network

Experts are proposed only after confirmation of project requirements, availability, conflict-of-interest checks and funder approval. INNOEX does not guarantee the availability of any specific individual. All expert engagements are subject to separate contractual arrangements.

5. Confidentiality

INNOEX treats all enquiries and client information in confidence. Information shared during initial discussions will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by applicable law or AIFC regulatory requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of INNOEX Holding Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is not permitted.

7. Website Accuracy

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable within the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the AIFC Courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
